Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, as well as no-shows or late arrivals, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Requests Changes & Rescheduling: Requests to change or reschedule a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Late Arrivals & Missed Tours: Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The tour cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Missed tours are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
Operator Rights: Chariots of Fire reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timing, or route due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.In the rare event that the tour must be cancelled by the operator, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Chariots of Fire Niagara Falls Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss of property during the tour. Chariots of Fire Niagara Falls Tours reserves the right to substitute vehicles and modify the tour schedule/itinerary
as required for safety, traffic, emergencies and other unforeseen conditions.
